Paraffin, salt, iron sulfide, clays, and various types of scales can all cause serious production problems and restriction of produced fluids. The HGC is a delivery tool that can inject pressure and heat along with specialty chemicals for the rehabilitation and stimulation of oil and gas wells. Slow and deliberate injection can effect a radial contact zone in the area of depletion in and around the well bore. Displacement of and creation of natural solvents in the gas phase, i.e. propane, butane, pentanes can reverse serious impaction of particulate matter such as paraffin and salt plugging. The gradients due to global re-pressuration of the immediate formation area can effect a lifting effect for even heavy particulates such as sand and clays.
The HGC has the natural ability to "pulsate"as result of its long stroke pistons. This makes for a "natural breathing" of the reservoir. The oil and gas flow has time to recover and flow similar to the ebb and flow of the ocean. This ongoing stimulation creates a multi-dimensional gas drive mechanism. In addition, the thermal results and the subsequent solvency of the injected gas, aids in the miscible and non-miscible combination of sweep efficiency.
