Permian Energy and its subsidiary, Clark Compression, L.P., with their facilities in Andrews, Texas has the ability to package the HGCs and their power packs. The 10,000 foot warehouse has a 2 Ton overhead crane, cement drive and pad, fenced area, out building, and 3 acres of prime highway frontage.
The staff of Clark is currently responsible for assembly of the HGC units. Clark has successfully built three HGC units with the help and supervision of Bowers Equipment, Houston, Texas. The packaging of the HGC units brings together a number of bona fide suppliers who have lent valuable expertise and guidance to the Clark. The current manufacturing capacity of the HGC is 1-5 unit(s) per month. The Company realizes in order for the Company to grow this capacity must increase dramatically. The management has been building relationships with local and regional vendors that will enable the company increase production. By doing this, the Company anticipates producing 4-6 HGC units per week within a 3 month period. This process can be ramped up in approximately 45 days and with this system in place the Company forecasts that it can produce up to 2 completed units per day at a peak production run.
